Method one:


Ingredients: strawberries, appropriate amount of sugar, 3 tablespoons of corn flour, half a tablespoon of white almonds, and a pinch of salt.


Puff pastry: crushed muffins, 1/2 cup melted butter, ground white almonds.


Serve with cream ice cream.


1. Put the puff pastry ingredients in a small bowl, stir well, put it into a 9-inch frying pan, flatten it, bake for 8 minutes, and wait for it to cool completely.


2. Puree strawberries, add 15 cups water, then add sugar and corn, place in skillet, stir well and heat over medium heat until mixture starts to boil in pan.


Reheat for a few more minutes, add chopped white almonds from pan, cool for 10 minutes


3. Pour the cooled meringue and remaining strawberries into the strawberry jam mixture in the pan and refrigerate for three hours.


4. Garnish with strawberries on top and serve with creamy ice cream.


Method Two:


Ingredients: low-gluten flour, caster sugar, salt, unsalted butter, eggs.


Accessories: strawberry, vanilla extract, corn starch, white sugar, whole egg liquid, raw sugar, jam.


1. Put butter in advance to soften, mix flour, sugar and 10 grams of salt evenly, add to butter, knead into bread crumbs by hand.


2. Pour in 1 egg mixture, mix well, knead a few times to form a dough.


3. Divide the dough into two equal parts, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate.


4. Cut strawberries and mango into slices, add 5 grams of vanilla extract, 10 grams of cornstarch, 15 grams of white sugar, stir well and set aside.


5. Put a piece of baking paper, take the dough out of the refrigerator, put it on the paper, sprinkle a little flour, and roll it out into a circle with a diameter of about 25cm.


6. Place the fruit in the middle of the pie crust, leaving a 3cm margin around the edges to wrap around.


7. Brush egg wash around pie crust, sprinkle with a little sugar, and transfer to a baking sheet along with parchment paper. Preheat the oven at 205 degrees for about 20 minutes.


8. Finally can do some decoration for it. Wrapped in jam, it was delicious!
